Processed
leather has been the most important product of the group since the
time of its inception. As a matter of fact, the group now has 50
years of rich and successful experience in the business of processing
of leather made from Indian buffalo as well as leather imported
from different parts of the world. The group has three tanneries
that conform to international environmental norms. These tanneries
are equipped with machinery imported from Italy, Germany etc. These
are the most modern machines in the leather technology domain.
The group has two strong arms that
further consolidate its position in its pursuit of providing superior
quality products to its customers. These two arms are: the Research
and Development cell and the Quality Assurance cell. The R&D
cell is managed by a highly qualified set of people who have been
trained from time to time in leather technology, are provided with
professional training and updated with modern fashion norms. Moreover,
the group also has an elaborate in-house testing facility. On the
other hand, the Quality Assurance cell has strict norms that every
finished product is subjected to before dispatch. In line with these
QA norms, the finished product goes through a stringent and comprehensive
testing process for its physical and chemical properties so that
every specification of the buyer is met with precision. |

Leather
for Furniture |
Our leather
for furniture are as much wide ranging in their type as they are
in their looks and affordability. We manufacture articles ranging
from classical leather, line leather to distressed look (leather
made from high quality buffalo hide). The high performance printed
grain and matching split upholstery leather is today a key product
of the group in this segment. Our upholstery leather articles are
affordable to people belonging to a very wide range of economy. |

Leather
for shoes |
The group
boasts to have a large variety of products under this segment. We
have a wide range of articles for formal men’s shoes, work
and safety footwear, children shoes etc. We also manufacture sole
leather for shoes, and leather following different norms such as
EN/CSA/BS to casual footwear.
Our products are made from leather
with thickness ranging from 0.7 mm to 2.8 mm. The raw hide that
we use are from Indian buffalo and also hides imported from abroad. |

for customized articles |
We also
manufacture different leather articles for bags, garments, belts
and saddlery. The product quality and other specifications are exactly
matched as per the customer’s requirements. |

FOOTWEAR AND FOOTWEAR COMPONENTS |
SHOE
UPPER : The group started the manufacture of shoe upper
in 1991 with production starting from a small factory enclosed in
a room having a production capacity of 200 pairs per day. In a span
of 15 years, the manufacture of shoe upper has grown by leaps and
bounds. The group now boasts of a production capacity of 1.5 million
pairs per annum.
The production set up is now equipped
with modern machines. There are a wide variety of products coming
from this division. The product range encompasses shoe uppers for
men to those for children, casual wear to safety norms shoe uppers.
This division now caters to a wide range of customers spread over
Europe, Middle East and North America.
SHOES : In 2001
the group entered into a joint venture with one of the biggest French
companies in footwear and started manufacture of shoes. The group
now makes double density-injected footwear on safety standards.
It has a production capacity of half a million pairs of shoes annually. |
UPHOLSTERY
COVERS |
Thanks
to the latest technology and technique adopted by the upholstery
tannery. It was a great success in the field of finished leather
and the company has limited but prominent furniture manufactures
in the list of customers.
With increasing cost of production
in Europe and North America, the groups decided to starts it’s
cut and sew division in 2005, a part from latest Stitching Machine.
The company invested into Latest Computer aided cutting machine,
with auto nesting and cost evaluation system. Presently the cut
and sew division has a production capacity of 10,000 units per months
with flexibility of doing different designs. This would give great
advantage to customer’s terms of competitiveness developing
new articles and maintaining a reliable supply chain of finished
leather with consistent quality.
The tannery and cut and sew division
works jointly to ensure compliance of different norms. The in-house
Laboratory helps in controlling the physical and chemical properties
of all the material used.
In order to ensure availability
of finished leather the group started its second upholstery leather
tannery in 2007. With a separate finishing line in this tannery.
The development has been in much faster enabling the cut and sews
division to meet the latest requirements of its customers.
